Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Value Sports at valuesports.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Value Sports.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it current.

Teams, coaches, and content you upload

A person who creates a team is its owner; owners and coaches can upload games, manage the roster, and approve who joins. If you upload or add content, you are responsible for it. By uploading, you confirm that:

• You have the right and permission to record and share that team’s game footage with the team’s families.
• You have any consents needed from players’ parents or guardians, and from other people who appear, as required in your area.
• The content doesn’t break the law or these terms.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Value Sports the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver that content to your team so the service can work.

Private team access

Teams are private by default. Access is granted by a coach approving a request. Don’t try to access a team, game, or account you haven’t been given access to, and don’t share private videos or invite links outside the people they’re meant for.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t harass, impersonate, or endanger anyone, especially minors.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other teams’ content.
• Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.

Content removal

Coaches can delete games from their team. Anyone can report content or request removal — including a parent or guardian asking to remove a child’s footage — through the in-app report option or Support. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we’re required to act on.

Service availability

We work to keep Value Sports running, but the service is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Pricing

Value Sports is offered without a paid subscription at this time. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we’ll clearly present the price and terms before you’re charged, and any paid features will be optional to what you already have. Nothing here creates a current payment obligation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Value Sports is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
